My uncle Raja Swain is being neglected in BJD should he step out from the Party?

My Uncle Ranendra Pratap Swain a former Minister in Odisha Government and 5times MLA from the Athgarh Constituency election poster in the recently concluded Athgarh By-election. He had defeated the former Chief Minister Janaki Ballav Patnaik with a margin of  more than a 40,000 votes. And again he fought a ding-dong battle against the Super CM of the state Mr.Pyarimohan Mohapatra in the year 2009 who had intentionally rejected the nomination paper that the original party ticket was missing. The Hon'ble High Court of Odisha declared that there was a improper rejection of nomination paper by the then Returning Officer so a fresh election was declared in the 89-Athgarh Constituency. But again my uncle was challenged in the Apex Court by the pyari's loyalist and Mr.Ramesh Rout. And after fighting for another 16months in the Apex Court the  verdict was on the favour of Mr. Raja Swain. And a by-election was declared in the 89-athgarh constituency and my uncle won by more than 47,000 votes.
                                           What makes me to write all this things is that my uncle is being neglected in the party BJD. Such a senior member of the legislative assembly is being sidelined by the party.He is being winning by more than 40,000votes for more than a decade I know my uncle is ready for taking a bigger role in the government or in party but the party recalls him only during the time of elections may be its a by-election in any costituency in the state or its a mucipal corporation election. And I think now the time has come to step out from this party and merge in other party. And this is not the case of my uncle only there are other several senior  leaders in BJD who are also being neglected . I think the time has come for the party supremo Naveen Patnaik to indulge this senior leaders into active politics so that the BJD will be strenthened in the grass root level and can remain in power for years to come. But Naveen Patnaik won't be able to understand all this because he is yet to  taste  defeat.
